This event was held on the last weekend of April – nicely placed just after Easter. Region South crews came from as far away as the Lake George zone as well as numerous other areas across the region. On top of this we also had the pleasure of watching a cadet crew come along and try the event (in some case showing some of us up!).
Events included structural fire fighting, b double fuel leak, pumps and pumping, chainsaw, tanker event, motor vehicle accident (congrats to Tim playing a good drunk), defribrillator training, and an electrical presentation including solar panels.
By all accounts the weekend was a resounding success and a big thanks goes to Phil for the hard work (and no doubt lack of sleep) that he put into the event.
