We had planned to head down to Sydney due to a country music festival at Berry, but somehow the moons aligned when Mum mentioned an unscheduled trip at the same time. So we travelled down on the Thursday night and caught up for lunch at Asuka Japanese Kitchen (yummy) in Penrith prior to visiting the Museum of Fire.
